Breaded & Marinated
Our plant is temperature controlled by computerized monitoring throughout the plant,from the processing
area, chill tanks, spiral freezing, frozen and refrigerated storage to the loading docks. The entire process
takes less than 30 minutes. After processing they are placed on ice (IP) or individually quick frozen (IQF)
to preserve our pampered taste.
